Marilyn N. Harvey
Ms. Harvey is the partner in charge of the workers’ compensation group at Clarke Dolph. She represents national and local businesses in workers’ compensation matters throughout the state of Virginia before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Virginia appellate courts. Ms. Harvey also assists in insurance defense, premises liability and asbestos defense.
Ms. Harvey was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area and has strong ties to the community. She has extensive experience defending workers’ compensation matters before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission. Ms. Harvey has served as Chair and Vice Chair of the workers’ compensation section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, currently serves on the Advisory Conference Committee of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court, and has been recognized by Virginia Lawyer’s Weekly as a ‘Go To Lawyer’ for Virginia workers’ compensation matters.
