Ms. Rosen represents employers and insurance companies along
the
Atlantic seaboard, from Connecticut to Florida on claims made
under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.
Her cases include representation at informal conferences,
ALJ trials, and appeals to the Benefits Review Board, US District
Courts and US Courts of Appeals.
Ms. Rosen began her career clerking at the office of Administrative
Law Judges in Newport News, Virginia, followed by a stint
representing injured claimants, before joining the firm, giving
her a unique understanding and appreciation of the application
of the LHWCA.
