his more than 37 years in practice, Cy Dolph

non-profits, individuals, and financial institutions.
He advises clients in a variety of business transactions

on the Hampton Roads Tax Forum, Hampton Roads Estate
Planning Council and the Professional Advisors Committee
of the Hampton Roads Community Foundation. This is the

Garriott’s litigation practice focuses
on divorce, property settlement agreements, pre-marital
agreements, and custody. He is a leader on the Virginia
Bar Association’s Domestic Relations Council and
the Virginia State Bar’s Family Law Section Board
of Governors. He also works with the Virginia Family
Law Coalition to promote and protect the rights and
needs of children in the Virginia General Assembly.
In 2009 he was named one of the Leaders in the Law by
the Virginia Lawyers Weekly. Garriott was selected by
Virginia Super Lawyers in the Family Law category. |

West received the distinction of “Rising
Stars 2011” by Virginia Super Lawyers and is listed
in the Real Estate category. West is treasurer of the
Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association Foundation

Young Lawyers Section. She is a 2011 graduate of LEAD
