Caryn Rivett West, Esq. has been named partner in the Clarke,
Dolph, Rapaport, Hull, Brunick & Garriott, PLC law firm.
Ms. West practices in the areas of business law, estate planning
and taxation.
Ms. West has been with the firm since 2005. She is admitted
to the Supreme Court of Virginia, the United States Court
of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States District
Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Ms. West served
as a judicial law clerk for Judges John C. Morrison, Jr. and
Joseph A. Leafe of the Circuit Court of the City of Norfolk.
She received her undergraduate degree at State University
of New York at Geneseo and her law degree at Washington and
Lee University School of Law where she was a Lead Articles
Editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review.
In addition to membership in the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia
Bar Association and the Virginia Beach Bar Association, Ms.
West is a member of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association
where she currently serves as the Chair of the Young Lawyers
Section.
