Mr. Maurer represents individuals in divorce, property
settlement agreements, custody matters, pre-marital agreements,
and other family law cases. He also represents corporate clients
in a variety of civil matters. Currently, he is expanding
his services to include representation of those in the music
industry and other artistic endeavors.
As a former Senior Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney
in Virginia Beach and Danville, Mr. Maurer has extensive
trial experience handling serious and complex matters. His
confidence in the courtroom and ability to persuade judges
and juries make him a strong advocate for his clients in
family and civil disputes. In addition, Mr. Maurer provides
his clients an understanding of children from his volunteer
work and persistence honed from years of musical undertakings.
