Ms. Lane focuses her practice in civil defense litigation,
in both state and federal court, specifically in the areas
of worker’s compensation, insurance defense, products
liability, premises liability and asbestos.
Ms. Lane has represented national and local businesses
in premises liability lawsuits, other national companies
in asbestos litigation, and employers in worker’s
compensation hearings and appeals.
