Garriott is proud to announce that partner Richard E. Garriott, Jr. has been selected for the “2011 Legal Elite” by Virginia Business Magazine in the Family/Domestic Relations category.

Those included in this year’s Legal Elite were nominated by members of the Virginia State Bar as being the most outstanding representatives of their profession in a variety of practice areas.

Mr. Garriott’s litigation practice focuses on divorce, property settlement agreements, pre-marital
agreements, and custody. He is a leader on the Virginia Bar Association’s Domestic Relations Council and the Virginia State Bar’s Family Law Section Board of Governors. He also works with the Virginia Family Law Coalition to promote and protect the rights and needs of children in the Virginia General Assembly.
