and custody. He also represents corporate clients in a variety
of civil matters, employment issues, workers’ compensation,

He earned a J.D. from the University of Richmond School
of Law, an M.A. from Ball State University, and a B.A. from
University of Richmond.
In addition to his community service with Seton Youth Shelters
and the Mission of the Holy Spirit, Garriott serves on the
Virginia Beach Board of Zoning Appeals. He is a member of
the Virginia Bar Association’s Domestic Relations
Council and the Virginia State Bar’s Family Law Section
Board of Governors. He also works with the Virginia Family
Law Coalition to promote and protect the rights and needs
of children in the Virginia General Assembly.
