Richard E. Garriott has been named to the 2009 Class of Leaders
in the Law by Virginia Lawyers Weekly.
Only 28 lawyers were selected in the state, an honor based
on setting the standard for other lawyers, by changing practice,
serving the community, changing the law, or improving Virginia’s
justice system.
Garriott was selected for his service as an advocate for children
and youth, through public and private organizations in Hampton
Roads. He will be honored at the Virginia Lawyers Weekly reception
on October 22nd at the Bolling-Haxall House in downtown Richmond.
