Ms. Fox focuses her practice on litigation in the areas of
family law, criminal defense, business disputes, workers’
compensation and torts. She takes pride in bringing a compassionate
approach to providing clients with a successful resolution
to their divorce and child custody matters.
A native of Virginia Beach, Ms. Fox joined the firm after
practicing law for four years with a national complex business
litigation boutique firm in Dayton, Ohio. She served clients
that include many of the nation's leading businesses. She
gained experience in both state and federal courts working
on cases in the areas of class action litigation, contractual
and employment disputes, torts, false advertising and privacy
law.
Ms. Fox is the co-author of: "The Antibiotic Paradox
in Peer-to-Peer Filesharing post MGM v. Grokster," Journal
of Internet Law, Vol. 9, No. 9, March 2006 and "The Death
Penalty Experiment: The Facts behind the Conclusion,"
29 Dayton Law Review 223 (2004).
