Representing
Insurance Companies and Corporations
Our approach to litigation is aggressive, but cost-efficient
representation of clients. The firm is known for giving clients
an early, honest evaluation of new cases with an emphasis
on informing the client of the strengths and weaknesses of
each case and how to best handle them in the future.
We represent clients throughout Virginia in all State and
Federal Courts. While we represent both plaintiffs and defendants,
our emphasis is defense of individuals and companies in all
areas of civil litigation including personal injury, property
damage, contracts, employment and product liability.
Workers' Compensation
Clarke, Dolph, Rapaport, Hull, Brunick & Garriott, P.L.C.
represents employers, insurers and self-insureds in defending
claims under the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act and in
all proceedings under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation
Act and the Jones Act. The firm's workers' compensation practice
is one of the largest in the area, with clients ranging from
small uninsured employers to municipalities and large Fortune
500 companies.
Representation extends from the hearing and trial through
all levels of appeals. Cases are efficiently managed both
as to time and cost.
In addition to aggressively pursuing defense of our clients'
interests, each spring, our workers' compensation attorneys
present a free seminar to update employers, insurers, third-party
administrators, and others on recent developments in the
workers' compensation and longshore areas of the law. If
you wish to be added to the mailing list for next year's
seminar, contact info@clarkedolph.com
