Robert A. Rapaport will speak at PRO, Inc. on November 4, 2010 on “Vocational Placement and Claimant’s Duty to Market” in at the Embassy Suites in Richmond.

Richard E. Garriott will co-chair and speak at the Virginia CLE 29th Annual Family Law seminar throughout Virginia in October 2010. This special “Spare the Child” seminar will consist of a panel discussion on mediation and collaborative law, the GAL’s role in custody cases, a one- hour ethics presentation pertaining to child custody matters, and a judge’s panel on child custody cases.
